How to change the mailbox name (username) Print

Create From Client Control Panel

1. Log in to Client Control Panel https://cp.runitspace.com
2. Click Service > Choose your Product/Service.
3. Click Login to Webmail to SmarterMail web interface.
4. Click the More icon.
5. Expand the Domain Settings folder.
6. Click Users.
7. Choose Rename in the "3dot" Option.
   
    
8. Change new name you wish.
9. Click Save.

Create From Smartermail web interface. (you need to set up the account as Domain Admin Role from the Client Control panel first)

1. Login to Webmail to SmarterMail web interface with your URL (for example https://mail.domain.com)/
2. Click the More icon.
3. Expand the Domain Settings folder.
4. Click Users.
5. Choose Rename in the "3dot" Option. 
6. Change new name you wish. 
7. Click Save.
