How to reset password Print

To Access the Web Control Panel, you might have a few ways to do it. 

 

Password change as Admin
  1. Login to the client panel (https://cp.runitspace.com)
  2. In Client Area > Choose Service > Click any of your Email hosting services.
  3. On the left-hand side Actions box > Click Log in to Webmail.
  4. You will be redirected to the Smartermail Web Control Panel. 
  5. After logging in as the Primary Admin, click the More1 drop-down and then Domain Settings2.
 
 
 
From the list of email accounts, click on the email user itself.
 
 
 
Then when on the email account settings page, click the ellipsis1 to expand the options and then Change Password2.
 
 
 
Password change as email user
 
Login to webmail (https://mail.yourdomain.com)
 
When logged in as an email user, click the More1 drop-down and then Settings2.
 
 
 
Then click Change Password1.  Note this method does require the "Old Password" in order to update it.
