How to Enable Domain Administrator Access for User Print

Before you upgrade any account to the Admin role, you would need to login to the Email Control panel from Client panel (How to Access the Email Control Panel)

In the Email Control Panel. 

1. Under Domain Settings click on Users
2. Click the user you want to be a domain administrator. 
3. Check the box for Enable domain administrator access.
4. Click Save.
